Shipping and returns

Shipping

We use as much second-hand material as possible to package your order.

We ship with DPD.
We try to keep the shipping costs as low as possible. 

Shipping costs are charged separately, regardless of the value of the order.

This happens at the beginning of the checkout process. 

If you have questions about the shipping costs or if you have a special order, please get in touch so we can discuss the shipping.

Delivery

You, as a customer, indicate where the order should be delivered. We want to encourage you to make use of collection points near you.

We will inform you when your order has been dispatched (usually within 1 to 3 working days). 
We will also email you Track & Trace codes with which you can track your order.

Returns

We handle your order with care, but of course, something can occasionally go wrong. If there is something wrong with your order (for example, you accidentally receive the wrong goods or the order is damaged), please contact us within 48 hours. If we cannot resolve your issue, you may return the order and the costs for the return shipping will be on us. We will reimburse this at the standard rate..

If the items are delivered in accordance with the order, but you decide that you do not want to keep them, you have the right to return the order without giving a reason within 14 days from the first day following the delivery. The shipping costs will be at your expense in this case.
